OUR PROGRAMS

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and NoGi)

 Jiu Jitsu is trained as an effective self-defense art and competitive sport. Our program focuses on building a strong foundation as you progress through the ranks. With each class, there will be improvements in understanding the technical applications of positions, control, and submissions. training can improve weight loss, flexibility, confidence, and discipline.

Krav Maga

 Learn practical self-defense and take control of your personal safety with our Krav Maga program. Classes will teach an established curriculum covering; self-defense scenarios, weapon defenses, striking, and close quarter combat. Training Krav Maga will improve your overall fitness, situational awareness, and mental toughness.

Striking Program

 Our Striking Program combines concepts and techniques from Muay Thai, Boxing, and Krav Maga. Classes focus on proper technique while improving your conditioning through the use of heavy bags, striking pads, and partner drills. This program is the perfect addition to your Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga training. Be ready to sweat!

Lion Pride Program

Youth (Ages 6 – 10)
Teens (Ages 11-15)

 Our youth program is designed to teach self-confidence and respect for others while learning the technical applications of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Classes are taught in a safe, team-oriented, environment where students can also achieve personal goals. With each class, students will improve their overall skills and mindset. Your kids will love it!
